Yes. Every product we ship is new and comes direct from the manufacturer with the full manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise noted in the product description.
How long will it take for me to receive my item(s)?
That depends a little on where you are located and how close that is to a distribution center. The average order arrives at its destination within 3-4 days.
What is your refund policy?

What warranties do you offer?
All warranties are serviced by the manufacturer of the product, and are not serviced by Sky Guitars. Please consider the extended warranty options for additional protection from the manufacturer.
